About a family's move to the country (Vermont) from California. Love the strange, relatable characters, especially Our Hero, Unemployed But Devoted Family Man, Miles. Felt like I was truly "escaping" every time I opened this book. No villains, just weirdos. A soothing, peaceful novel.
